Shift Pattern: 7 Day Fortnight - 7 days in every 14 days with every other weekend off. Week 2: Mon, Tues, Fri & Sat - 07.00-18.00.

About the role

As a member of the team, you are responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure products are made safely, consistently, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll identify and resolve any issues or faults to keep production running smoothly, and when the machinery is running well, you’ll support the wider team by helping out on the assembly line. Throughout your shift, you’ll also follow strict hygiene and safety procedures to protect both product quality and everyone working on the line.
