The Opportunity
As a Target Analyst, you will be a member of a team of experts conducting thorough research and analysis to develop Target Materials (TMs) for Electronic Target Folders (ETFs) of relevant facilities, individuals, virtual, equipment, and organizations in support of EUCOM.

Responsibilities
As the subject matter expert, you will be required to produce TMs IAW with Joint Publications (JP), Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Instruction (CJCSI) standards, and EUCOM Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). This is your chance to expand your knowledge and strengthen your analytic skills through teamwork, leadership, and commitment to the EUCOM mission. You Have
- 5+ years of experience as an imagery analyst, including imagery exploitation and creating imagery products
- 3+ years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyze findings
- 1+ years of experience with Intermediate Target Development (ITD)
- 1+ years of experience in the EUCOM AOR
- Experience working with partners across the Intelligence Community
- Experience with MIDB and MARS
- Knowledge of the DoD and IC
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment
- TS/SCI clearance
- Associate\'s degree and 7+ years of experience in Intelligence Analysis, Bachelor\'s degree and 3+ years of experience in Intelligence Analysis, or 10+ years of experience in Intelligence Analysis in lieu of a degree

- 1+ years of experience as a foreign disclosure representative
- Experience with data analytics and visualization
- Knowledge of the intelligence cycle or Joint Targeting cycle
- Knowledge of national or commercial imagery
- Knowledge of GEOINT tasking and collection processes and protocols
- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefings to senior leadership
- Graduate of the Joint Intermediate Target Development (JITD) Course
Clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
