The Opportunity: Researches and negotiates major organizational contracts and procurements. Applies advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction. Mentors and may supervise team members.

You Have:

  • Experience with research, negotiation, and managing major procurement contracts and purchasing efforts
  • Experience in planning, developing, and communicating logistics and procurement requirements to ensure the secure and compliant shipment of materials and equipment, as well as managing the chain-of-custody for classified, controlled, and mission-critical materials
  • Experience coordinating with cleared vendors, secure carriers, customs officials, site security, and access control teams
  • Experience verifying shipment integrity, tamper resistance, and delivery documentation prior to acceptance
  • Experience overseeing the full lifecycle of purchases for DoD construction projects, from planning to execution
  • Experience serving as the technical expert on contracts, logistics support, and procurement, applying industry knowledge and advanced problem-solving skills
  • Experience with facilities management tools and software to monitor project progress and manage secure logistics
  • Experience collaborating with senior leadership to deliver innovative solutions to client challenges
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in logistics, procurement, and secure shipment compliance, including financial accountability and adherence to ICD 705
  • Experience supporting government or DoD construction projects
  • Knowledge of Air Force MILCON projects
  • Knowledge of ICD 705 secure shipment and material handling requirements
  • Possession of strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills
  • Possession of exceptional relationship-building skills to manage cradle-to-grave project activities and coordinate with team members effectively

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
