We are seeking an experienced and mission-focused Collection Manager (CM) to join a multi-disciplinary intelligence production team supporting U.S. defense and national security objectives. As the team’s primary collection strategist, you will work alongside PAI analysts, technical editors, and data specialists to identify intelligence gaps, develop tailored collection strategies, and coordinate requirements across the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD).
In this role, you will serve as the team’s subject matter expert on collection management systems, platforms, and tradecraft—working directly with analysts to translate intelligence needs into actionable collection requirements. You will monitor and evaluate collection performance, identify gaps, and adjust requirements to ensure effective coverage of key mission areas. You’ll provide input into the full intelligence lifecycle, from planning and prioritization to validation, feedback, and refinement of strategies based on operational effectiveness and analytic impact.

You Have:
5+ years of experience in collection management, requirements, operations, strategy, or capabilities
2+ years of experience working with collection requirements management systems-of-record across at least three intelligence disciplines
Experience working with the national intelligence community and DoD Joint structuresupporting a Combatant Command, Joint Staff, or Service Headquarters
Experience in briefing collection strategies and requirements to senior military or interagency leaders
Knowledge of collection systems, platforms, and databases
Knowledge of tools and platforms provided by the Defense Intelligence Enterprise for collection requirements
Ability to identify and adopt emerging tools and technologies
Ability to validate, submit, track, and refine collection requirements across agencies
TS/SCI clearance

Experience evaluating collection performance using MOEs, MOPs, and qualitative feedback
Experience working with national SIGINT collection systems, processes, and tasking mechanisms
Experience with ISR synchronization tools or processes
Experience with Joint and Service ISR doctrine

Knowledge of national and commercial GEOINT tasking protocols and capabilities
Ability to build collection plans with analysts and conduct gap assessments

Graduate of a DoD or IC in-residence collection management course

The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).
