Overview
As an ELINT Analyst on our team, you will collect, analyze, and report on ELINT signals in a key region to support a Combatant Command. You will analyze ELINT and other government data on a specific target or a certain problem set. You will apply expertise in operations, intelligence, qualitative and quantitative analyses, and collections to enhance the client’s mission. You will produce written analysis and briefings pertaining to the client region using ELINT to inform senior policymakers. You will support analytic exchanges with inter‑agency and foreign counterparts to further inform joint comprehension of the subject matter. You will develop and maintain working relationships with key leaders and clients until staff. You will support surge and crisis support, as needed.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and report on ELINT signals in a key region to support a Combatant Command.
- Analyze ELINT and other government data on a specific target or a certain problem set.
- Apply expertise in operations, intelligence, qualitative and quantitative analyses, and collections.
- Produce written analysis and briefings pertaining to the client region.
- Support analytic exchanges with inter‑agency and foreign counterparts.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with key leaders and clients until staff.
- Support surge and crisis support, as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operational ELINT or technical ELINT analysis.
- 3+ years of experience supporting all‑source or ELINT analysis and production at a Major Command level.
- Experience using systems such as GALE or GALE‑LITE.
- Ability to support a 24/7 rotating schedule, including days, nights, and weekends.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Associate’s degree and 4+ years of experience with ELINT analysis, or Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience with ELINT analysis, or 6+ years of experience with ELINT analysis in lieu of a degree.
Nice to Have
- Experience at a Combatant Command.
- Experience identifying military and commercial air or ground radar signals of interest.
- Knowledge of the air, ground, or maritime forces environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. TS/SCI clearance is required.
Compensation
The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.

Work Model
