Ready to bridge the gap between art and data? Are you passionate about turning complex intelligence data into clear, compelling graphics that support mission‑critical decision making? As a Graphic Designer and Team Lead, you will play a key role in spearheading visually based communication efforts for a high‑impact client. You will conceptualize and produce graphic based products, including infographics, cartographic products, data visualizations, and briefing materials that support and enhance analytic understanding and complex ideas. You’ll work with a team of designers to capture your client’s requirements and advise them on the right solution to accomplish your mission.
In this role, you’ll assist in the delivery of advanced graphic solutions as you partner with your team and client in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll encourage your team to use their technical skills and creativity to come up with new ideas to develop engaging, interactive visualizations. You’ll recommend cutting‑edge multimedia technologies and strategies to deliver impactful products and collaborate across commands to advance graphic design solutions. You’ll identify new opportunities to build and implement solutions to meet your customer’s needs.

You Have
- 5+ years of experience with graphic design
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and InDesign
- Experience working with PowerPoint
- Experience with Intelligence Production as a primary job function
- Ability to provide work samples that showcase work with the Adobe Suite or the IC
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor\’s degree

Salary is determined by various factors including location, education, skills, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
