All-Source Intelligence Data Scientist in Gloucester

Massive volumes of multi-INT data including structured, semi-structured, and unstructured, demand disciplined analysis to drive timely, mission-relevant insight. As a Data Scientist supporting All-Source Intelligence, you will fuse information across SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and related sources to build analytical models, automate pipelines, and surface decision-quality assessments for senior leaders and operators. You’ll partner closely with intelligence professionals to translate collection requirements into repeatable, data-driven workflows, design and implement algorithms that uncover patterns of life, and deliver intuitive visualizations that accelerate sense-making and operational advantage.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage stakeholders to elicit analytic questions and transform them into technical requirements and prioritized backlogs, and drive transparency through agile practices and frequent updates.
• Design end-to-end data solutions: ingestion from collection systems and APIs, schema design and data storage, transformation/ETL, model training and evaluation, and operational delivery.
• Develop statistical and machine learning models for entity resolution, anomaly detection, classification, clustering, and pattern-of-life analysis across multi-INT datasets.
• Build dashboards and lightweight applications that communicate key insights, assessments, and confidence levels to audiences with varied technical backgrounds.
• Guide teammates, set technical standards, and lead the evolution of analytic tradecraft leveraging modern data ecosystems.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in data science, including exploration, cleaning, analysis, visualization, or data mining, with demonstrated work across structured and unstructured sources.
• Experience in Python and SQL or R, and with Pandas or NumPy, scikit-learn, and model evaluation or tuning.
• Experience building ETL pipelines and querying APIs using tools such as Airflow or dbt, and Git-based version control.
• Experience developing predictive models and quantitative analyses that support intelligence assessments and operational decision-making.
• Experience applying NLP or text mining to reporting and open-source content.
• Experience integrating multi-INT data such as SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, OSINT, or MASINT, and performing pattern-of-life analysis.
• Ability to synthesize narrative and quantitative findings.
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Analytics.

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Palantir Foundry, such as Pipeline Builder or AIP, or similar platforms for application development and data integration.
• Experience with distributed data and compute, such as Spark or Databricks, Hadoop or Hive, Kafka, or AWS EMR, and cloud environments used by the IC.
• Experience with geospatial analysis tools, such as ArcGIS or ArcPro, and GEOINT collection systems, and with Grafana, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks, such as PyTorch or TensorFlow, and modern AI patterns such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) for analytic workflows.
• Experience supporting CCMDs, service components, or special operations.
• Master’s degree in a related technical field.
• DoD 8140 baseline Level II certification such as Security+, CySA+, or CISSP.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD).
