Overview

As a Target Systems Analyst, you will develop intelligence products and assessments focused on adversarial systems within the USEUCOM AOR. You’ll integrate multi‑intelligence insights to support MILCAP issues, targeting analysis, and all‑source work, validating information and applying client tradecraft. Collaborating with a learning‑driven team, you’ll produce impactful analyses for clients and policymakers and share methodologies with peers. This role offers growth in ground‑specific intelligence, mentorship, and exposure to advanced tools, with a clear mission to deliver timely, high‑quality intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop intelligence products and analytical assessments on adversarial systems
  • Support MILCAP-related issues focusing on target system analysis, target development, or related all‑source work
  • Validate information and apply client tradecraft in assessments
  • Build and deliver assessments for clients and policymakers
  • Mentor and learn new skills within a collaborative team
  • Contribute to cross‑functional intelligence efforts to support customers

Key requirements

  • 5+ years as an all‑source military capabilities analyst
  • Experience with multiple intelligence agencies and elements to drive operational objectives
  • Experience fusing multi‑intelligence products for operational demand
  • Experience producing and presenting intelligence to senior leaders
  • Experience with HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and partner reporting
  • Knowledge of analytic tradecraft (critical thinking, structured analysis)
  • Experience applying data‑enabled and technical solutions with tools like Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SQL, or PowerBI
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
