Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable KM frameworks for capturing, storing, and maintaining knowledge assets across analyst teams and partners
- Evaluate workflows to enhance information governance and identify AI/collaboration opportunities
- Develop and deliver executive communications, briefings, and strategic roadmaps for senior decisions
- Author and update SOPs, policies, and strategic plans
- Establish and monitor KPIs to quantify reductions in search time and efficiency gains
- Administer content across Share Point, Microsoft 365, and enterprise collaboration tools to improve navigation and metadata
- Collaborate with data engineers/analysts to align KM with Palantir and Tableau ensuring searchable, accessible outputs
- Key requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, Share Point site architecture, and enterprise content management systems
- Experience creating concise, high-level briefings and executive deliverables for senior leadership
- Experience facilitating working groups and stakeholder meetings, conducting deep metrics analysis, and leveraging AI/automation tools
- Knowledge of enterprise data integration, visualization, and analytics platforms such as Palantir Foundry or Gotham, Tableau, or Power BI
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects, develop strategic KM plans, and define performance KPIs
- TS/SCI clearance
