All-Source Operational Assessments Analyst, Senior

As an All-Source Analyst, you use your specialized technical experience and attention to detail to develop products and analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As an All-Source Analyst on our Operational Assessments team, you’ll help your client understand their operational landscape and mission environment. Using your understanding of military capabilities in the ground domain, you’ll support MILCAP‑related issues with a specific focus on asymmetric threats and special operation requirements. You’ll validate the information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for clients and policy makers. As the authority on your problem set, the client will look to you for time‑critical recommendations, often under pressure.

You Have:

• Experience analyzing military capabilities in the European theater
• Experience working in or coordinating with operational intelligence centers
• Experience analyzing foreign militaries and asymmetric threats as an all‑source analyst
• Experience working with multiple intelligence agencies and elements to build consensus and drive production
• Knowledge of analytic tradecraft, including critical thinking and structured analysis
• TS / SCI clearance
• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience at a Combatant Command or Service Center
• Knowledge of the Joint Planning Process
• Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD).
