The Opportunity With all the information available today, it takes a skilled all-source analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government and military every day, we need an intelligence analyst like you to do just that. As an all-source intelligence analyst, you will use your specialized functional experience and attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on various portions of the European Command AOR. You will help your client by providing intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements from senior leaders for the U.S. and international organizations. Using your comprehensive understanding of all-source analytic tradecraft, production cycles, publication standards, community writing styles, and formats, you’ll coordinate with U.S. European Command colleagues to produce tactical, operational, and strategic-level assessments to support a U.S. National Intelligence Cell (NIC). As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure. You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience as an All-Source Intelligence Analyst
  • 5+ years of experience using analytic tradecraft to support assessments
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote
  • Knowledge of ICD 203 or 206, and U.S. database systems
  • Knowledge of Intelligence Community directives and guidelines on the proper use of AI technologies within the intelligence production process
  • Ability to mentor and support others in analytic tradecraft
  • Ability to perform complex advanced queries and request foreign releases for international allies
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with peers and senior leadership
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience working in a multi-national environment
  • Knowledge of a European Command AOR regional language
  • Knowledge of the Intelligence Community’s missions, functions, and interrelationships
  • Knowledge of data visualization and AI tools available to intelligence analysts
  • Knowledge of NATO database systems and security classifications
  • Ability to be a self-starter and identify the analytic needs of an NIC
  • Possession of excellent critical-thinking and analytical skills

Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
