With all of the information available today, it takes a skilled all-source analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our government and military every day, we need an intelligence analyst like you to do just that.

As an all-source air and air defense intelligence analyst, you use your specialized functional experience and your attention to detail to conduct all-source analytic production on operational environment considerations. You’ll help your client by providing intelligence production and briefing support to air and air defense force structure, operations, tactics, techniques, procedures, and emerging weapon systems.

As an authority on your topic, your client will look to you for comprehensive production, often under pressure, as well as support planning, exercises, and wargaming efforts. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset in areas like analysis, writing, and communication. You’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. You Have

  • Knowledge of Intelligence Community directives and guidelines on the proper use of AI technologies within the intelligence production process
  • Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments
  • Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policy makers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
  • TS / SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have

  • Experience providing intelligence support to a Combined Air Operations Center
  • Experience producing intelligence products in accordance with analytic tradecraft standard as stated in ICD 203 and 206
  • Knowledge of radar theory and electronic warfare principles
  • Knowledge of UAS and counter-UAS systems, tactics, techniques and procedures
  • Knowledge of data visualization and AI tools available to intelligence analysts
  • Knowledge of IADS and IAMD principles, tactics, techniques, and procedures
  • Knowledge of the EUCOM AOR

Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Compensation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
