As a Target Systems Analyst on our team, you will develop intelligence products and analytical assessments that study the complexity of adversarial systems within the USEUCOM AOR. Your work will support MILCAP issues with a specific focus on target system analysis, target development, or other all-source analytical tasks related to applying specific analytical methodologies to system analysis.
Responsibilities
- Validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for clients and policymakers.
- Support the development of ground‑specific intelligence and share your methodologies with other professionals to ensure timely delivery of critical support to our clients.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an all‑source military capabilities analyst
- Experience working with multiple intelligence agencies and elements to build consensus and drive production
- Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems
- Experience producing and presenting written long‑form intelligence products
- Knowledge of analytic tradecraft, including critical thinking and structured analysis
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice to Have
- Experience as a target system or targeting analyst
- Experience analyzing military capabilities in the European Theater
- Knowledge of the Joint Targeting Cycle and the Joint Planning Process
Salary
Estimated compensation range: $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The range reflects typical salary for this position and is one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package. This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
