What You'll Do
- You'll play a crucial role in keeping our boots.com website running smoothly.
- From setting up exciting promotions to processing returns and providing insights, you will be at the heart of our digital operations.
- You'll also collaborate with our User Acceptance Testing team to ensure that new functionalities meet our high standards before going live.
- You will be looking at how the website is delivering against key measures, spotting and recommending improvements to ensure we are giving our customers the best online experience.
- You will be the 'go to person' for pulling together and sharing crucial data and using your own initiative to take timely action.
- You will also support our ambition to help customers feel good by working with our customer service team, advising on escalations and providing effective communications to customers and stores.

- You should be on track to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 degree as part of a course that allows for a placement year.
