As a Stores Fulfilment Assistant, you’ll play a key role in making sure customers get what they need, right when they need it. You’ll pick and pack online orders—whether that’s a thoughtful gift, a last-minute treat, or essentials for the celebrations ahead. This is an important role where you’ll help deliver a great experience for our customers—one that keeps them coming back all year round.

It’s also a fast-paced and active role, where priorities can change quickly. You won’t just be working behind the scenes—you’ll be on your feet throughout your shift, moving between the stockroom and shop floor, helping customers, working on tills, replenishing shelves, and supporting deliveries. Working in store is a real team effort, so you’ll need to be flexible and ready to step into different areas to keep things running smoothly. You’ll feel good knowing you’re playing your part and enjoy a strong sense of teamwork and fun as everyone pulls together.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Pick and pack online orders accurately and efficiently, meeting your own targets to achieve overall team goals
  • Support your team to keep orders on track
  • Help and advise customers on the shop floor
  • Work on tills when needed
  • Replenish stock and keep shelves full
  • Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom

This is a temporary role, with the potential for longer-term opportunities depending on local availability.
