As a TikTok Shop Executive, you will provide operational, analytical, and administrative support to our TikTok Shop function, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of this exciting channel.
What you'll be doing
- Maintaining the TikTok Shop trading calendar and assisting with promotional planning.
- Supporting product launches and campaign activations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly performance reports to drive commercial decision-making.
- Coordinating internal approvals and managing invoices.
- Assisting in the planning and coordination of TikTok Shop LIVE events.
What you'll need to have (our must-haves)
- Strong organisation and administration skills.
- Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Good analytical capability and confidence working with data.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
It would be great if you also have
- Experience in eCommerce, Digital Trading, or Commercial Support roles.
- Knowledge of retail trading processes or social commerce.
- Experience managing purchase orders and budget tracking.
