The importance of your role: You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth running of the Boots Brand Buying - Beauty team to enable them to deliver fantastic new products to the market.
What you'll be doing: You'll be providing full administrative support to the Beauty team. This can include anything from arranging travel, booking meeting rooms to arranging customer and supplier visits and issuing business award letters. Part of your role will also include maintaining our system data and summarising data such as supplier quotations and presentations.
What you'll need to have: Good practical experience in a senior administrative or secretarial environment is really important for this role. You'll need excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple levels of stakeholder. We are looking for great organisational skills, a high concern for order and quality and the ability to work to timescales, with a truly flexible approach. You'll need great literacy and numeracy skills, along with a strong knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint. This role is subject to a DBS/PVG check, Boots is a Ban the Box employer and will consider the suitability of applicants with criminal convictions on a case‑by‑case basis. You will have the opportunity to discuss the matter with us before we make a decision.
