Supplier Collaboration Lead Contract: 12 Month FTC
Here at Boots we are always on the lookout for great talent! We have exciting opportunities at our Support Office Supply team based in Nottingham. As Supplier Collaboration Lead you will be involved in the delivery and implementation of our Business Unit Supplier Strategy and core KPIs.
About the role
- Collaborating with one of our key Joint Business Plan (JBP) suppliers to lead on key activities that will support in the delivery of our core KPIs.
- Forward planning: Creation and alignment of future forecasts with the supplier.
- Brilliant basics: Ensuring activities land right first time, co-ordinating actions to ensure that master data is accurate and efficient, NPD and promotional forecasting alignment and the development and implementation of seasonal plans.
- Efficiency management: Using data and insights to support the delivery of joint KPIs and identify areas of opportunity to improve and drive efficiencies, supporting the sustainability agenda.
- Stakeholder management: Co-ordinating the JBP relationship, including regular touch points such as weekly KPI meetings, Top-to-Top meetings and monthly performance reviews.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying joint-value opportunities and initiatives to drive continuous improvement across both organisations.
Through driving these activities this will maximise availability and efficient stock management to support delivery of our core KPIs. What you'll need to have
- Experience within a Supply Chain role is necessary for this role.
- Proficient in communication, both written and verbal, working with a partner supplier to share appropriate information and insights and collaborating with colleagues internally.
- Collaborative forecasting skills.
- Seasonal planning skills.
- Advanced Excel skills (can analyse large datasets).
- Analytical and able to work and deliver at pace.
- Detail driven – use facts and data to make informed decisions.
- Continuous improvement mindset, able to think outside of the box.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work, able to manage expectations of your key stakeholders and prioritise workload.
