We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a pharmacist to join our Regional Dispensing Hub in Basingstoke. As our Supply Chain Pharmacist, you will be a critical part of our exciting new project which is going to enable growth through central fill innovation whilst using your knowledge and previous experience to lead the day-to-day clinical operations.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver day-to-day clinical operations and services to our stores.
  • Lead a safety-first culture to ensure patient safety and health and safety standards.
  • Show initiative and continuous improvement by setting up new procedures and operations, evolving the module for our Pharmacy stores.
  • Lead the clinical elements of the production shift supporting site colleagues to complete tasks within timeframes as well as maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Supervision and training for colleagues.
  • Work flexibly as part of the RDH leadership team to support end-to-end performance.

Qualifications

  • GPhC Registered practicing pharmacist with extensive post-registration experience within community pharmacy.
  • Ability to work at pace in a high volume environment.
  • Good technical and IT skills.
  • A distribution and supply chain background, preferably in Pharmacy logistics is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a continuous evolving role as we shape for future innovation.
  • Motivated to deliver continuous improvements whilst demonstrating leadership capabilities.
