About the role:
Supply Chain Development are a key part of the No7 Supply Chain team. We support the planning systems and processes that underpin our existing customer service and enable our future business growth ambition. We also deliver projects that drive continuous improvement in our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for supply chain E2Open usage.
- Work with cross functional teams to design and build business transformation and improvement changes.
- Ensure projects are implemented to meet the specific needs of No7 Beauty Company by combining the specific needs of No7 Beauty Company with industry best practice.
- Act as first point of E2Open support for supply chain users, manage issue resolution processes and be accountable for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Design and build functionality and capability within supply chain that enables No7 Beauty Company to deliver its vision.
- Lead cross functional project teams delivering the supply chain and sourcing strategy for No7 Beauty Company.
- Find innovative solutions to supply chain challenges associated with working with demanding customers across diverse geographies.
- Work closely with IT project managers and IT functional experts to implement IT systems that enable the supply chain processes and functionality.
- Define IT requirements, write test plans and work with IT project managers to lead IT projects.
- Build the supply chain development roadmap, ensuring the needs of the business are accommodated within transformation plans.
- Write and own project business case and project plan documents, working with finance partners to develop the benefits cases and project budget.
- Manage project delivery to time and budget, including managing deviation from the plan.
- Research and learn from external best practice through professional networks and relationships.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves):
- Relevant supply chain development experience in Supply Chain roles within the retail/FMCG industries.
- Expertise of working with E2Open, including working to implement new functionality.
- Digitally fluent; comfortable working at distance using Supply Planning tools.
- Some project management experience, either working as a project manager or as a functional expert within a formal project team.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across cultural, geographical and language barriers.
- Value Based Decision Making: Understanding of importance of optimising value and generating issues and alternatives to find value maximising solutions.
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience of successfully managing high profile, complex projects, working cross functionally and working to a budget with a track record of delivery.
- Expertise of working with SAP in a Supply Chain function.
