What you'll be doing
As the Supply Chain Analytics Manager, you will lead a dynamic team within our Supply Chain Analytics function. Your role will be pivotal in delivering insightful analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions. You will work closely with various teams to understand business challenges and transform data into actionable insights that drive operational and strategic success.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Supply Chain Analytics function, delivering trusted reporting, management information, dashboards, and performance insights.
- Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable analytics, reporting, and insight solutions.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPIs, and performance frameworks that support operational and strategic decision making through the identification of key trends, risks, opportunities, root causes and performance drivers across the supply chain.
- Drive adoption of analytics tools and self-service reporting by ensuring outputs are intuitive, relevant, and focused on business impact.
- Partner with IT to manage a programme of work to create the data infrastructure and automation needed to support our supply chain.
What you'll need to have (our must-haves)
- Significant experience in analytics or business intelligence roles within Supply Chain or FMCG environments.
- Proven leadership experience in developing analytics teams.
- Strong Power BI skills, including dashboard development and data modelling.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
It would be great if you also have
- Advanced Power BI capabilities, including DAX and Power Query.
- Experience with Supply Chain planning systems or ERP platforms.
- A background in leading reporting transformation initiatives.
