  • Market & Customer Insight: Use in-depth customer research and competitor analysis to understand market trends, customer preferences, and identify opportunities for proposition innovation and improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with key internal stakeholders, such as Marketing, Merchandising, Product teams, and Operations, to ensure propositions are commercially viable, customer-centric, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop clear, actionable plans to launch and enhance customer propositions, ensuring consistency across all in-store touchpoints.
  • Business Performance Monitoring: Analyse the performance of propositions post-launch, making adjustments as necessary to drive KPIs such as customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.

What you'll need to have

  • Proven experience in proposition development, product management, or a similar strategic role within a retail, FMCG, or customer-facing business.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics in retail.

  • Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for retail, innovation, and customer-centric thinking.
