As a deputy manager in one of our flagship stores you will help lead one of our biggest businesses to deliver a great customer and patient experience. Our flagship stores have a broad customer offering across retail and pharmacy. Reporting to the General Manager and with a leadership team in your store to support you, you will be responsible for delivering a strong trading performance underpinned by an exceptional operational platform.

You will keep up to date and inspire your teams to engage with new priorities across the business, including Pharmacy services and New Product Development launches. You will interpret data, trends and insights to work at pace and react to the changing needs of the customer. You’ll be responsible for the performance and development of your team which you will deliver through regular coaching and reviews.

What you’ll need to have

  • Experience leading managers who lead teams within a retail environment
  • Experience working within pharmacy.
