What you'll be doing
We are hiring a Reward Specialist - Pay. Based within HR at our Nottingham Support Office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about reward to support and lead on some great initiatives across all areas of the Boots UK, No7 Beauty Company and Boots Opticians business. The role will report into the Reward Manager and work alongside the team to deliver on various projects including annual salary review, bonus, gender pay gap reporting and benchmarking.
Key responsibilities
- Lead on pay related reward projects and ensure these projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Present data and analysis to deliver agreed reward principles
- Work closely with the Reward Analysts to produce detailed and accurate reward reports
- Provide reward expertise and advice to the business
- Collaborate with team members in Reward, People function, Stores, Support Office, Ireland, No7 and Opticians to support shaping and delivering the overall Reward agenda
- Produce pay-related Reward communications, ensuring they are fit for purpose, engaging and aligned to the overall communications plan
- Support the design and delivery of reward initiatives relating to pay and continually improve processes
- Design and deliver processes and solutions that are simple and efficient to address specific business issues
- Apply governance to all reward initiatives to ensure a fair and compliant approach in line with our principles
What you'll need to have (our must haves)
- Great attention to detail
- Strong Excel capability, with the ability to understand, analyse and present complex data
- Excellent stakeholder management at all levels
- Strong experience of collaborative working
- High quality communication skills in writing, presentation, and day to day interactions
- The ability to plan ahead whilst also responding to in the moment delivery
It would be great if you also have
- Experience of reward in pay initiatives would be desirable but not essential
- Experience in supporting and delivering a broad range of reward initiatives would be desirable but not essential
- Experience of managing a project successfully, including budget, team and schedule management
