What you’ll be doing
Within this role, you will work with our Retail Maintenance Managers to support the Regional Retail Leadership teams, managing ongoing maintenance issues to a timely conclusion and supporting with the resolution of complex works requiring co-ordination across multiple stakeholders. Focused on driving performance in the retail region across a variety of measures, including statutory compliance. You will also provide supporting data to Contract Managers and Regional Maintenance Managers and act as a point of escalation for General and Area Managers when required.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and drive key performance stats for region – open work orders, overdue SLAs, time to resolve
- Attend regional retail meetings in support of Regional Maintenance Managers
- Support with regional reviews of longstanding, complex issues and act as a point of escalation when required
- Provide updates on ongoing maintenance issues to retail teams
- Manage the Planned Preventative Maintenance activities on region, ensuring timely completion of inspections and remedial actions
- Ensure quality system usage and updates are always available to improve retail experience
- Provide supporting information to Contract Managers to ensure the prioritization of works in region
- Working with contractors to drive completion of works in agreed SLAs

- Experience of Maintenance / FM / Property
- Understanding driving performance through the management of key metrics
- Analytical skills – ability to analyse large and detailed data sets to identify trends and opportunities
- Able to present data in a clear way to support effective contract management
- Able to clearly identify and act upon changing priorities
- Good verbal and written communication skills
