What you'll be doing
As our Product Manager for fulfil, you'll own and optimise our end to end fulfilment experience across Order Management, delivery, Click & Collect, returns, and partner fulfilment capabilities. You'll sit within the Buy & Fulfilment product area, reporting to the Lead Product Manager, working closely with architects, engineering, programme, UX, operations and commercial teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap and delivery for our digital transformation (Condor) onto Salesforce OMS and associated fulfilment services.
- Oversee the end to end testing process, ensuring fulfilment scenarios are validated, and prioritise defects based on customer impact, operational risk and delivery readiness.
- Shape and deliver dropship and marketplace fulfilment experiences, ensuring seamless partner onboarding, order routing and customer comms.
- Lead cross functional squads to deliver enhancements across order routing, inventory accuracy, picking & packing, delivery SLAs and returns workflows.
- Drive the fulfilment transformation agenda across core systems, integrating new capabilities to support speed, flexibility and scalability.
- Use data and insights to identify customer pain points and operational inefficiencies, translating them into clear product opportunities.
- Develop strong partnerships with logistics, store ops, supply chain, engineering, and third party fulfilment partners.
- Ensure customer centric, regulatory and operational requirements are created at every stage.
What you'll need to have (our must-haves)
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in fulfilment, logistics, order management or supply chain technology.
- Hands on experience working with Salesforce OMS (or another enterprise OMS) across order orchestration, routing and fulfilment flows.
- Strong understanding of end to end fulfilment processes including delivery, Click & Collect, same day, returns and exchanges.
- Ability to break down complex fulfilment problems into clear product requirements and prioritised roadmaps.
- Experience collaborating across engineering, operations, commercial and partner teams.
- Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences - able to simplify complexity and influence at all levels.
- Customer-centric mindset.

- Demonstrable experience delivering digital or operational transformation within complex organisations.
- Solid working knowledge of dropship and marketplace fulfilment models.
- Knowledge of carrier integrations, warehouse systems, picking/packing technology or store fulfilment tooling.
- Understanding of marketplace seller operations and onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with inventory management concepts.
- Ability to use data tools to support decision-making.
- Experience working with third-party logistics providers or external fulfilment partners.
