What you’ll be doing
- With line manager support, collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to ensure communications are released in line with PMS releases.
- Responsible for the creation of PMS store communication and colleague engagement content.
- Use learnings from the testing to inform the training materials and communications for stores.
- Support the update and creation of training materials.
- Use the appropriate medium to help in the success of the communications.
- Seek insights and feedback to ensure further successful delivery of communications.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
- Proven experience in communications and training roles.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to embrace change.
- Ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences.
It would be great if you also have
- Experience in a retail or customer-focused environment.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
- A background in instructional design or training development.
