What you’ll be doing
- Documentation approval: Ensures all documentations are submitted appropriately on our regulatory portals and maintain information on the relevant systems.
- Processes & Governance: Track all activities and documentation submissions ensuring traceability and clear reporting.
- Communication facilitation: Responsible to review and maintain the team’s e-mail inboxes, facilitating regulatory portals updates and artwork release, delivering on time and prioritised activities.
- Budget facilitation: Creates and facilitates purchase orders for the Product Integrity department, working with the leadership team and ensuring clear budget governance and on time delivery of costs.
- Team support: Collaborate with team members to drive progress and innovation in our product development processes.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
- Recent graduate in a science subject (Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biology, etc.)
- Experience managing and prioritising a varied workload
- Adopt a pragmatic, logical and enthusiastic approach to problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent IT skills and management of office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and adaptability
- Ability to work well on your own and as part of a team
It would be great if you also have
- Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry
- Familiarity with regulatory processes and documentation
