What You’ll Do:
- Support the SEO Content Manager and the delivery of the broader SEO and content strategy, owning workstreams and tasks that enable the senior role to operate at a more strategic level.
- Contribute to performance reporting, monthly business reviews, and stakeholder updates, translating data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Support keyword portfolio management in Pi Datametrics and help maintain SEO documentation, briefing templates, and team workflows.
- Own SEO continuous improvement across the Inspire Me Hub and Health Hub, including audits, optimisations, and GAP analysis, prioritising by traffic and commercial impact.
- Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis to identify content gaps and opportunities, feeding recommendations into the content planning and briefing cycle.
- Monitor content performance and translate insight into clear recommendations, supporting E-E-A-T initiatives including in-house expert integration and UGC pilots.
- Feed into the platform transformation project from a content SEO perspective, working alongside the technical SEO lead to maintain content quality, structure, and search visibility throughout.
- Support taxonomy design, content template development, and redirect mapping for content pages, ensuring decisions are informed by search performance data.
- Contribute to the Inspire Me Hub catalogue redesign, advising on how content pages should be organised, templated, and linked within the new structure.
- Support the development and optimisation of content for AI-driven search, including refactoring existing content and helping to build new editorial content structured for generative search visibility.
- Identify content gaps specific to GEO and flag opportunities to strengthen Boots’ presence in AI search results.
- Support the development of AI content tools and playbooks, helping drive adoption across SEO and content teams.
- Keep across emerging GEO and LLM practices, bringing content-focused recommendations back to the team on how Boots editorial content can evolve for the changing search landscape.
