As a Senior Finance Analyst in our Property team, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategies and driving progress within our organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitor the performance of investments and provide insightful financial analysis.
- Support budget and forecast processes for the Property programme.
- Own sales-based rent activities, including Excel model maintenance and month-end accruals.
- Lead month-end planning, reporting, and variance analysis for specific areas.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
What You’ll Need to Have (Our Must-Haves)
- Part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience in management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, particularly with complex models.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Prior experience with SAP (especially SAP S4 HANA) and Analysis for Office.
- Familiarity with IBM Planning Analytics.
- A background in both financial processing and management information, focusing on driving improvements.
