Welcome to the No7 Finance team - We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join the No7 Beauty Company FP&A team, reporting into the FP&A Manager - Marketing. You will gain experience in international markets, with exposure to the No7 Beauty Company Global Senior Finance, Commercial and Marketing stakeholders. You will provide insight, challenge, and influence to decision‑making and action across UK and Global Marketing teams. These teams include Beauty Incubator, PR, and the B-Hive internal creative agency. You will have ownership of the end‑to‑end financial processes and cost management for these business areas. You will also be supporting the FP&A Manager - UK on the financial processes and reporting for the Commercial team.
Key responsibilities
- You will provide FP&A support for UK Commercial, UK and Global Marketing, PR and B-Hive (internal creative agency), including month‑end, budgeting and forecasting processes.
- You will own and communicate the Marketing FP&A plan and calendar, plus supporting on Commercial FP&A plan, setting clear expectations on deliverables within wider organisation timelines.
- You will support to provide visibility of marketing spend and return on investment, supporting and challenging stakeholders where required.
- You will challenge Marketing and Commercial teams and leaders to clearly identify the most accurate forecast, risks and opportunities to achieve business goals.
- You will produce monthly performance packs and ad‑hoc reporting, providing clear, insightful analysis to key stakeholders, to support business performance.
- You will provide FP&A support to the Brand Growth team, Commercial team, Heads of Finance and FP&A Managers in No7 Beauty Company.
- You will work in close collaborative partnership with UK, US and EMEA & APAC Finance teams and Central FP&A team.
- You will support on financial processes for creative agency contract.
- You will support Central FP&A reporting with commercial insight, being the subject matter expert for your area.
- You will work with a 'continuous improvement' mindset to simplify and automate processes and reporting.
- You will support overall No7BC finance team with wider team projects and objectives.
What you'll need to have (our must-haves)
- A part‑qualified or qualified finance professional (CIMA, ACA, ACCA).
- Experience working in FP&A.
- Independent individual, who can collaborate across a wide range of stakeholders of all levels in the business.
- Strong commercial awareness, with a good working knowledge of Excel (PA/TM1 experience desirable).
