What you’ll be doing

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be an integral part of our Finance team. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis, contributing to our mission of delivering care, confidence, and connection in communities across the UK and Ireland.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

• Drive improvements in financial processes and reporting systems.

• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

• Proven experience in financial accounting and reporting.

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

It would be great if you also have

• A professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).

• Experience in a retail or consumer goods environment.

• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
