What you'll be doing

You'll be leading the creation and execution of high impact scientific communication strategies, transforming complex clinical and scientific insights into clear, compelling, and credible beauty narratives that inspire both internal and external audiences.

  • Lead end-to-end global scientific communication strategies across No7 Beauty Company's portfolio of brands.
  • Establish and oversee a best-in‑class scientific knowledge hub, consolidating data, claims support, and product validation to strengthen credibility and competitive positioning across the portfolio.
  • Ensure scientific communication related projects are delivered to deadline and on budget, and key internal stakeholders are kept abreast of developments and changes.
  • Support the Global Communications and Advocacy team with proactive & reactive communications.
  • Measure and track the impact of scientific communications, using insights to continuously refine strategy and execution.
  • Keep abreast of the latest innovations in storytelling and take the lead in sharing scientific research and related content innovatively.
  • Partner with a multitude of stakeholders across R&D including Skin Research Scientists, Performance Testing, Regulatory, Safety and Marketing teams to source, validate, and translate scientific evidence (data, technical narratives, literature).
  • Track emerging research, competitor claims, and category trends to keep the use of the evidence base current, competitive and differentiated.
  • Provide training and guidance to cross‑functional teams on product science narratives.
  • Lead a team of scientific content specialists responsible for claims substantiation and evidence content compilation.

What you'll need to have (our must‑haves)

  • Advanced degree in life sciences (e.g., Biology, Dermatology, Pharmacology, Cosmetic Science) or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in scientific communications in healthcare or FMCG Sectors.
  • Proven ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific data to non‑technical audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills with experience managing large content libraries or databases.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

It would be great if you also have

  • Familiarity with global skincare regulatory frameworks (EU, US, Asia).
  • Knowledge of the Beauty Markets or FMCG categories (Key brands, product types and claims).
  • Aware of good practice in statistical analysis.
