Are you ready to make a difference? Join us at Boots as a Resource Administrator in Nottingham, Beeston. At Boots, we work every day to build a brilliant environment for our people, empowering them to make a positive impact on our customers and colleagues. By working closely with The Resourcing Team, Locums and 3rd parties, the Resource Administrator will manage our ever-growing locum database, bookings, and regular compliance checks, as well as working the shared inbox. This is a full-time position and may require occasional weekend working.
What you’ll be doing:
- Arrange and send payment files twice a month.
- Deal with any Locum Payment queries.
- Manage new Locum Registrations, ensuring all mandatory documents are uploaded and correct.
- Complete ongoing compliance checks.
- Work closely with Deployment Leads regarding the Locum feedback process.
- Maintain great relationships with Professional Services / CGO’s.
- Maintain and manage the shared inbox which includes all queries, and cancellation requests.
- Monitor Locum booking behaviours, highlighting where service drops below business expectations.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves):
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written at all levels.
- A high level of PC literacy.
- Excellent organisational skills, including workload management.
- The ability to be flexible and to work / remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to meet deadlines, sometimes at short notice.
It would be great if you also have:
- Excel, including V-Lookups.
- Knowledge of Co-Pilot.
