About the role
As an administrator within the Recruitment Support Centre, you will be part of the People Function and support candidates and hiring managers through their online recruitment journey. This role is based at the Nottingham Support office site in Beeston. This is a fixed term contract role, starting as soon as possible and if you do a great job, there may be further opportunities!
What you’ll be doing
- Help manage the end-to-end candidate journey from application to their first day in store.
- Look after screening our candidates, setting up interviews using our recruitment systems and supporting candidates after they have been offered a role with us.
- Support our hiring managers and be there for them when they need support.
What you’ll need to have
- Strong level of IT literacy.
- Comfortable working with high volumes.
- Excel in a varied environment, working at pace whilst remaining accurate in your work.
- Enjoy working to process as you will switch between different recruitment processes depending on the role.
- Like working as part of a large team, promoting a collaborative team dynamic.
- Enjoy being helpful and providing a great service - It’s the little things that make an impact.
