About the role
As an administrator within People Services, you will be part of the People Function and support candidates and colleagues. This role is based at the Nottingham Support office site in Beeston. This is a fixed term contract role, starting in mid-August and if you do a great job, there may be further opportunities!
What you’ll be doing
Working as part of a large team in an administration role, you will either support our Recruitment Support Centre during their busy Christmas peak or our Policy Team in updating important policy documents.
What you’ll need to have
- Strong level of IT literacy
- Comfortable working with high volumes
- Excel in a varied environment, working at pace whilst remaining accurate in your work
- Enjoy working to process as you will switch between different recruitment processes depending on the role
- Like working as part of a large team, promoting a collaborative team dynamic
- Enjoy being helpful and providing a great service - It’s the little things that make an impact
It would be great if you also have
- Experience in a customer-facing environment
- Experience in updating official documents
