The team sets the standards and processes and ensures compliance for our OTC products throughout their lifecycle, so that they can be sold in global markets and deliver the high quality that our customers expect from No7.

What you’ll be doing
In this role, you will report to the Quality Manager - OTC and collaborate closely with a talented team. Your contributions will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards, enhancing the lives of our customers every day.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Quality Manager OTC and functional teams in ensuring that OTC products in No7 Beauty Company brands are developed and marketed in compliance with the regulatory requirements of the US FDA, Health Canada and other applicable authorities.
- Support the onboarding and verification of compliance for OTC product contract service providers (CSPs) e.g. manufacturers and warehouses and perform ongoing quality oversight including review of KPI data and tracking of quality actions to ensure continued regulatory and quality compliance. Participate in occasional CSP visits as required.
- Raise, manage, and actively track OTC Deviations, CAPAs, Management of Change and SCARs to closure, ensuring timely responses and appropriate follow-up. Use learnings to drive continuous improvement for compliance and quality.
- Manage the Quality Technical Agreements process and Product Quality Review Schedule for OTC products and support the checking and approval of technical documents such as Testing Approach Forms, Product Specifications, Product Quality Reviews and Technical Files as required.
- Provide support for regulatory audits and contribute to the internal audit program, managing any CAPA/improvement actions
- Conduct Batch Release for OTC products marketed in the US
- Work within established quality frameworks and processes, while proactively identifying gaps, escalating risks, and following through on actions. Seek to challenge established processes with the goal to deliver simplification and business benefit
- Champion the use of the eQMS and provide guidance & training to internal teams using the system.
What You'll Need to Have:
- Good knowledge of GxPs and regulatory landscape for US and Canadian OTC drug products and processes
- Understanding of Product Development and Lifecycle Management and how to ensure compliance to the regulations for the product classification
- A collaborative, proactive, competent, highly organized approach with the ability to work independently, effectively and manage multiple priorities
It would be great if you also have
- 2+ Years Experience in Quality Roles
- Good knowledge of US and Canadian OTC Cosmetics and TGA products
- Good knowledge of how a QMS is designed & applied
- A degree in a relevant subject
