About the Role

As part of the No7 Beauty Company’s Motion Design team, you will collaborate with a dynamic group of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and producers. Your role will be pivotal in creating engaging, high-quality content for some of the UK's most recognised beauty brands. If you’re passionate about motion design and eager to contribute to impactful campaigns, this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling motion content tailored across multiple platforms including social, digital retail, CRM, web, paid media and campaign assets.
  • Create high-quality animations and motion graphics that maintain strong attention to detail, technical accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary creative teams to translate creative concepts into effective motion solutions.
  • Adapt and version campaigns across multiple formats, aspect ratios and outputs while maintaining consistency and efficiency.
  • Manage projects from briefing through to final delivery, working closely with creative, account management and production teams.
  • Contribute to improving workflows, templates and production efficiencies to support scalable content creation.
  • Maintain organised project files, asset structures and documentation aligned with team processes and production standards.
  • Stay informed on evolving creative technologies, motion trends and emerging workflows.

What You’ll Need to Have (Our Must-Haves)

  • Minimum 4 years of professional motion design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing campaign work.
  • A strong portfolio of motion design and videography work. Please attach your portfolio or include a link to your work within your CV when applying.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and storytelling through motion.
  • Understanding of technical specifications and best practices across social media, digital platforms and content ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working within creative teams.

It Would Be Great If You Also Have

  • Experience building templates or scalable motion systems.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and emerging creative technologies.
  • Experience in audio editing or sound design.
  • A background in retail, beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.
