In this role, you will support the delivery of our Core Merchandising rebuild plans, ensuring that our product categories align with our overall merchandising strategy. You’ll play a crucial part in creating planograms that deliver the right results for our stores, while collaborating with a talented team dedicated to excellence.
What you’ll be doing:
- Creating planograms to ensure accurate merchandising for our stores.
- Applying merchandising standards consistently to keep our materials commercially focused and relevant.
- Supporting merchandising specialists in meetings, anticipating and resolving issues as they arise.
- Planning and delivering strategic rebuild changes in line with our objectives.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves):
- Strong team leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging in challenging conversations.
- Proven relationship-building abilities across various levels of the organisation.
- Adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficiency in Excel is desirable, but training on our merchandising databases will be provided.
It would be great if you also have:
- Experience in merchandising or retail environments.
