As a Media Specialist, you’ll support the delivery of effective communications across our commercial partnerships and core media channels. You’ll help translate commercial and marketing objectives into clear media and communication briefs, working closely with agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are insight-led, data-driven, and customer-focused.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the planning and delivery of partnership campaigns across health, beauty and general merchandise.
- Translating marketing and commercial objectives into media and communication briefs.
- Working with agencies, partners and internal teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Using customer insight and performance data to inform campaign activity.
- Contributing to campaign reporting and optimisation.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver partnership campaigns aligned to business and marketing objectives.
- Ensure media plans are data-led and customer-focused.
- Measure and report on campaign performance against KPIs.
- Collaborate with creative, media and stakeholder teams to optimise assets and delivery.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
- Experience in partnerships and/or paid media, with a track record of driving measurable business performance.
- Around 2+ years’ media advertising experience (client or agency side), ideally in retail or consumer sectors.
- Experience working with media/partnership agencies plus collaboration with creative and content teams.
- Ability to use customer insight, journeys and analytics to inform campaigns and drive results.
- Strong commercial awareness with focus on performance outcomes.
- Familiarity with key martech tools (e.g. GA, Coremetrics or similar) and performance tracking approaches.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with internal stakeholders.
- Able to work at pace, adapt to change and stay focused under pressure.
- Collaborative team player who contributes positively to shared objectives.
