What you’ll be doing:

As part of our Technology team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the roadmap and delivery of our MuleSoft Hybrid Integration Platform, focusing on Cloud Hub and Kubernetes runtime environments. In this role, you will combine strategic technical leadership with hands-on responsibilities to ensure platform stability, scalability, and automation excellence. You will lead a Scrum team focused on the Centre for Enablement (C4E), promoting reusable assets and best practices while collaborating with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to prioritise backlog items and deliver value.
Key responsibilities:
- Implement DevOps automation for CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Lead technical design and architecture discussions for MuleSoft deployments on Kubernetes and Cloud Hub.
- Define and enforce platform standards, including security, scalability, and observability.
- Provide technical guidance on MuleSoft runtime configurations, Kubernetes deployments, and API-led connectivity.
- Ensure high availability and resilience of integration platforms through Kubernetes scaling strategies.
- Drive monitoring and observability implementation for hybrid platforms using tools like Prometheus, Grafana or ELK stack.
- Maintain technical intellectual property and documentation for platform and automation tooling.
- Research and introduce new automation tools and capabilities to improve operational efficiency.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves):
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead in integration or API management platforms.
- Strong knowledge of MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform, CloudHub, and container orchestration and Kubernetes runtime.
- Expertise in DevOps automation, including CI/CD pipelines, GitOps and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm).
- Familiarity with API-led connectivity, microservices architecture, cloud-native principles and Agile/Scrum environments.
It would be great if you also have:
- Knowledge of Kafka, Talend ETL, WebMethod ESB, C4E frameworks or similar.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar automation tools.
- Exposure to security best practices for hybrid integration platforms.
