What you’ll be doing: As the Internal Communications Manager for Corporate, Strategy, Group and Support Functions, you’ll lead colleague communications that keep the business informed, engaged, and inspired. You will report to the Head of Internal Communications and work closely with various teams to ensure our overarching company strategy resonates with every colleague.

  • Own and lead internal communications for Corporate, Strategy, and Support Functions, ensuring clarity and engagement.
  • Evolve our internal company narrative, keeping colleagues engaged in our strategic priorities.
  • Deliver the Managing Director’s regular internal communications, ensuring timely and engaging updates.
  • Plan and deliver communications for our big corporate moments, creating colleague excitement and understanding while coordinating inputs, approvals and channels across a complex stakeholder set.
  • Create high-quality content across various channels, measuring performance to continually improve impact.

What you’ll need to have:

  • Excellent communications skills (written and verbal), with the ability to work calmly and creatively at pace to draft, edit and shape high-quality colleague communications.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex information into compelling communications.
  • Strategic planning and prioritisation capabilities.
  • Experience in internal communications for strategy or corporate topics is an advantage.

It would be great if you also have:

  • A background or interest in beauty, retail, health, or wellness sectors.
  • Experience with design packages such as Adobe InDesign or Canva.
