What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with senior Digital leaders to translate transformation strategies into actionable people agendas.
  • Drive the design and delivery of people interventions that enhance Digital, Data, and AI capabilities.
  • Act as a thought partner and coach, influencing leadership behaviours and organisational effectiveness.
  • Shape the evolution of our Digital organisation’s operating model and talent strategies.
  • Collaborate with various teams to deliver impactful people solutions at scale.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Proven experience in HR business partnering, particularly in a digital or transformation context.
  • Strong commercial insight and the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
  • Excellent coaching and influencing skills to drive leadership accountability.
  • A passion for fostering inclusive, high-performing teams.
  • Familiarity with Digital, Data, and AI capabilities is a plus.

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience in organisational design and workforce planning.
  • Knowledge of talent management and succession planning strategies.
  • A proactive approach to using people data and insights for decision-making.
