What you’ll be doing
- Lead and develop a high-performing Store Operations Support team.
- Create a simpler, more effective retail operating model by reducing operational complexity.
- Prioritise and resolve store-impacting operational, process, and system issues.
- Ensure stores have the tools and support required to achieve operational standards consistently.
- Own the retail loss strategy and governance framework in the field.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
- Significant retail leadership experience across multi-site operations.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, loss prevention, safety, and stock management.
- Proven experience leading large-scale operational improvement programmes.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
It would be great if you also have
- Experience leading operational field teams remotely.
- Project or change management qualification.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.
