We're looking for a Go to Market Manager to support the development and delivery of impactful go-to-market strategies and campaigns across our Health & Wellness categories.
This role sits at the heart of bringing together customer, commercial and marketing strategies, using the latest insights, trends and performance data to help shape compelling campaigns and growth initiatives. You'll also play a role outside of Health & Wellness supporting the wider business priorities and helping execute some of our largest customer-facing campaigns across multiple business units.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working closely with Commercial, Marketing, Trading, Pharmacy, Customer Experience and Online teams, you'll help ensure that the right products, services and messages reach the right audiences at the right time.
- Lead the creation and execution of innovative go-to-market strategies across Health, Wellness and Pharmacy categories.
- Develop commercial and marketing briefs using customer insights, market trends and business objectives.
- Contribute to integrated plans that drive revenue, profit and customer engagement.
- Lead the planning and delivery of campaigns, customer moments and partnership initiatives.
- Lead NPD for Health & Wellness NPD, partnering with stakeholders to align launch plans, marketing support and execution timelines.
- Support the rollout of new products and services both in-store and online.
- Manage stakeholders across Commercial, Trading, Marketing, Pharmacy, Customer Experience, Online and Planning teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Use customer, market and commercial insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Ensure campaign plans, briefs and supporting materials are accurate, complete and delivered on time.
- Coordinate key milestones and deadlines across stakeholders to support flawless execution.
- Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Need to Have (Our Must-Haves)
- An understanding of how commercial and marketing strategies work together to drive business performance and customer engagement.
- Comfortable using data, insights and customer understanding to inform recommendations and measure success.
- Experience in marketing, commercial, buying, product management, go-to-market, category management.
- Understanding of retail and/or e-commerce environments.
- Experience within Health or Wellness categories would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- A passion for retail and understanding of market dynamics.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Experience in the retail industry.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
