As a Supply Planner in our No7 Beauty Company Supply Chain team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our products reach our customers efficiently and effectively.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you will report to the Gift Planning Manager and collaborate closely with various stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning gifts for renowned brands like No7 and Soap & Glory.
  • Creating assembly plans based on customer requirements.
  • Ordering and managing materials for gift assembly, ensuring inventory accuracy.
  • Representing the Gift Planning function in project meetings and providing updates to stakeholders.
  • Managing inventory levels and addressing Excess & Obsolete stocks.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, focusing on vendor performance.

  • Experience in a Supply Chain environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on service.
  • Operational excellence and agility in delivering results while managing risks.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and strong commercial awareness.

It would be great if you also have

  • Supply Chain Planning experience.
  • Good mathematical skills.
  • Experience with SAP and Inventory Management.
  • Supplier Management experience.
