What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive performance to deliver financial targets and support financial commitments across various cycles.
- Ensure strong financial control and adherence to governance standards.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while supporting change initiatives.
- Apply strategic thinking to contribute to long-term planning and growth.
- Influence stakeholders and communicate financial information clearly to non-finance audiences.
What You’ll Need to Have (Our Must-Haves)
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
- Previous finance manager experience with strong commercial awareness.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior cross-functional leaders.
- Strong analytical capability and understanding of reporting/ERP systems.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Experience in finance transformation programs.
- Cash and working capital management experience.
- Ability to challenge constructively and drive accountability.
