We\’re thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity to join our Communications Team as a Events Delegate Specialist, based at our Nottingham Support Office.

In this role, you\’ll report to the Event Manager and work closely with the Head of Events and our Event Assistant to ensure seamless delegate experiences across our event portfolio. You\’ll be the primary point of contact for attendees, managing registration, communications, and logistics to deliver a polished and professional experience that reflects our brand and values

Key responsibilities

  • Manage delegate registration processes, including setup and maintenance of registration platforms.
  • Coordinate pre‑event communications, including invitations, confirmations, reminders, and post‑event follow‑ups
  • Maintain accurate delegate data and reporting, ensuring GDPR compliance and data integrity
  • Provide on‑site support for delegate check‑in and troubleshooting
  • Support the Event Manager in planning and executing delegate‑related logistics such as accommodation, transport, and agendas

What you\’ll need to have

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Experience using event registration platforms
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Willingness to travel across the UK to support on‑site delegate operations.

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience working in an event agency or delegate management role.
  • Familiarity with virtual and hybrid event platforms.
  • Interest in beauty, retail, health, or wellness industries.
