What you’ll be doing
- Collaborate with various teams including CSC, Logistics, IT, and Store Operations to enhance our online services.
- Analyse data to derive insights and respond to customer service queries effectively.
- Manage daily activities to meet KPIs and timelines, ensuring smooth operations.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimise processes to drive efficiency.
- Produce regular management information (MI) reports on trading activities to inform decision-making.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and trends.
- Experience in a digital environment with a customer-first mentality.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with data analysis tools like Databricks and PowerBI.
- A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and stakeholder management.
It would be great if you also have
- Experience in customer insight analysis.
- A background in e-commerce or digital trading.
