We are looking for a Despatch Coordinator to help plan the delivery of our Christmas Gift stocks into various warehouses. This is a Fixed Term role for 6 months to cover our busy period between June and November based at our head office in Nottingham. This admin role will be working within the Supply Chain Gift Team supporting Gift Planners and the Gift Supply Chain Manager. The successful candidate will help to coordinate deliveries from our assemblers to our customers' warehouses.

Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with gift assemblers and warehouses to ensure they deliver finished goods into the warehouse to the timescales required.
  • To ensure deliveries are in line with agreed customer dates.
  • Provide regular updates on delivery and booking status of finished gifts.
  • Provide support to the Gift Operations Assistants.

What you'll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Background in warehouse / transport coordination or supply chain planning
  • 'Make it happen' approach with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills and ability to build good working relationships with different stakeholders
  • Confident in using Excel

It would be great if you also have

  • Knowledge of SAP would be beneficial to the role
